If we’ve sold out of the Tour Taster or additional options that you’d like

If the Tour Taster (or lifer place) that you would like is sold out, we will be operating a waiting list system to fill any spare places that become available. As we finalise staff and hotel rooms it is quite likely that one or two extra places will become available. However, priority for waiting list places will go to those who have booked for another Tour Taster, rather than those who are not signed up at all. If you book your second choice and would like to go on a waiting list, please phone or email Tracy and she will let you know what the latest situation is.

Online payments

Please note that your transaction will appear on your bank or card statement as "CTT: Charity Payment". Temporarily we will not be adding a surcharge to credit card payments. We would prefer you to pay by debit card if possible but if you do use a credit card, you won't be charged anything extra.
 

Terms and Conditions

Please make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions. The £200 deposit is not refundable and we wouldn’t want you to have missed anything important before paying. They’re not long. Some of it is even interesting!

Fundraising

Please be aware of the minimum sponsorship that you will need to raise. This is listed on the ‘how it works’ page. We cannot let you participate in the Tour de Force if you do not reach this target.

Bike Transport

We will be offering you the chance to book transport for your bike to and from London for £10 each way.

Single Supplements

Single supplements are priced and sold individually. Some more singles may be released in March.

Medical Forms

Once you have paid your deposit, we will send you an email and a medical form. Your registration is not complete and you won’t receive your registration pack (which contains everything you need to know) until we have received your completed medical form, signed by your doctor.
